Request terms

The terms that apply when you check availability or ask to be notified.

On a product page you can check availability: you choose your party details, give your contact details, review them and send your request. We then show you the result for your date.

Checking availability is free. It does not create a booking, a reservation or a contract, nothing is paid, and we do not ask for card or bank details.

Prices are shown in euros, with VAT included. They are for information: a price shown during an availability check is not an offer and does not commit you or us to anything.

After you send your request, the result page tells you whether the product is available for your date. If it is not, you can choose:

  • "Yes, notify me": we keep your contact details for 12 months, only to tell you if that product becomes available for that date. We will not send you anything else.
  • "No, thanks": we delete your name and contact details straight away.

You can change "Yes, notify me" to "No, thanks" later on the same page, or by writing to ohmyfiesta.es@gmail.com.

Please give accurate details. Your phone number is optional; giving it does not mean you agree to calls, text messages or WhatsApp messages.

Each request is for one party. We may refuse requests that look automated or abusive, and limit how many requests one connection can send.

We may update these terms; the version that applies is the one you agreed to when you sent your request. Spanish law applies.
