How we handle personal data when you check availability or ask to be notified.

Oh My Fiesta ES S.L., NIF B88680283, C/ Balmes, 5, 08008 Barcelona ("Oh My Fiesta!", "we"), runs this website, ohmyfiesta.es, and is responsible for the personal data described here.

You can write to us about your data at any time: ohmyfiesta.es@gmail.com.

When you check availability:

  • your party details: the product, age version, date, party size, how long you want it, pickup or delivery, extras, postcode, town and country;
  • your name and email address, and your phone number if you choose to give it;
  • for delivery only, the street, number and any floor or door;
  • your answer on the result page: "Yes, notify me", "No, thanks" or neither.

When you make a cookie choice: what you chose, the version of this policy, the language, the date and a random identifier. We do not store your IP address with it.

If you accept analytics cookies: how you reached the site (the campaign tags in the link, the website you came from and the first page you saw) and how you use the site, through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (see the cookie policy). We never send them your name, email, phone, address, postcode or town, and the availability check is hidden in Clarity's recordings.

To protect the site from abuse, our hosting provider briefly uses your IP address to limit how many requests one connection can send. We do not store it.

We do not ask for any information about the children at the party.

  • To handle your availability request and show you the result: because you ask us to (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To tell you if the product you chose becomes available for your date, only if you chose "Yes, notify me": your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). We will contact you about that product and date only: no newsletter and no other messages.
  • To understand, from all requests together, which products, dates and areas are asked for, so we can plan what we offer: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). These figures do not identify you.
  • To keep the site working and protected from abuse, and to fix errors: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Error reports contain no personal data.
  • To measure how the site is used, only if you accept analytics cookies: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 22.2 LSSI).
  • To keep a record of your cookie choice: our legal obligation to be able to show it (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not use your data for automated decisions or profiling, we do not sell it, and we do not build marketing lists.

  • If you choose "No, thanks", we delete your name, email, phone and any delivery address straight away. We keep only the party details (product, date, party size, postcode, town and country), without your name or contact details.
  • If you choose "Yes, notify me", we keep your contact details for 12 months from your request, only to tell you about that product and date. Then they are deleted automatically.
  • If you choose neither, we keep your contact details for up to 12 months from your request; after that we review and delete them.
  • You can ask us to delete your details earlier at any time.
  • Records of cookie choices are deleted 24 months after they were made.
  • Party details without your name or contact details are kept as statistics.

We do not share your data with anyone to use for their own purposes. These providers handle it on our behalf, under a data processing agreement:

  • Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting of the website and the server code.
  • Supabase, Inc.: the database where requests are stored, in the European Union (Ireland).
  • Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry): error monitoring, in the European Union, without personal data.
  • Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics) and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Microsoft Clarity): only if you accept analytics cookies.
  • Google (Gmail): if you write to us by email.

Some of these providers or their group companies may handle data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect what was done before. On the result page you can also switch from "Yes, notify me" to "No, thanks" yourself.

Write to ohmyfiesta.es@gmail.com. We will answer within one month.

If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date. If a change affects what you agreed to, we will ask you again.
